SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing effective, real-time, resolution to all inquiries that come in from clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Act as point of contact for client inquiries, manage shared email folders to respond to client inquiries and handle incoming client calls.
  • Provide status updates and problem resolution at point of service.
  • Distribute emails that require assistance in other operational units.
  • Provide follow up and status updates to clients to ensure inquiry is resolved timely and to the clients' satisfaction.
  • Document and categorize client inquiries within the system using the appropriate tasking codes and notations to report on all inquiries.
  • Assist clients on all products and provide follow up status and tracking to clients until there is resolution.
  • Manage a task queue, track inquiries throughout resolution process to ensure turn times and SLA's are met or exceeded.
  • Potential attendance at after hour Company events.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Strong knowledge of Title Residential Information Services.
  • Industry experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to perform under pressure and be flexible with disruptions throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to work approved and requested overtime, by supervisor.
  • Repetitive and continual typing motion is required.
