This role ensures clients successfully launch their programs by guiding them through the kickoff, integration, and ramp phases while ensuring efficient delivery aligned with scalable onboarding processes./ppThe focus is not only launching programs but also on enabling customers to reach initial value quickly and efficiently./ppWhat youll do:/pulliManage the onboarding lifecycle from kickoff to activation./liliGuide customers through platform setup, integrations, and program configuration./liliDeliver onboarding sessions and training to clients./liliEnsure customers follow best practices for successful program setup./liliIdentify and resolve common onboarding challenges./liliMaintain project timelines and ensure milestone completion./liliCollaborate with internal teams, including integration engineering, sales, and customer success./liliLeverage onboarding playbooks, templates, and scalable resources./liliTrack onboarding progress and communicate status to stakeholders./li/ulpSuccess metrics:/pulliTime to value/liliCustomer onboarding satisfaction/liliSuccessful completion of onboarding milestones/liliPlatform adoption during onboarding/li/ulpWhat you bring:/pulliStrong project management and organizational skills/liliAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences/liliClient-facing experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer success/liliAbility to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously/li/ulpTypical experience:/pulli~2+ years experience in customer-facing roles/liliExperience in client onboarding, affiliate/influencer management, or customer success is preferred/li/ulpSalary range: $70,000.00 - $80,000 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on company performance and eligible to receive a restricted stock unit (rsu) grant./pp*This is the pay range the company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting.
