A company is looking for a Billing Technical Supervisor (Remote).Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise technical operations of the Billing department to ensure accurate and efficient processing of billing activitiesEvaluate and implement business requirements to enhance accounting processes and billing systemsOversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades and facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve system issuesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent3 to 5 years of relevant Billing system or accounting technical experience1 to 3 years of supervisory experienceIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skillsDuck Creek Technologies insurance system experience with an emphasis in Billing module preferred
