A company is looking for a Senior Director, Enterprise Accreditations & Continual Improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead strategy and governance for ISO, AS9100, and CMMI certifications, ensuring compliance and certification integrityOversee external audits and appraisals, managing planning, execution, and corrective actionsGovern mission assurance tools and metrics, ensuring alignment with corporate processes and standardsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, quality, business, information systems, or a related field with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experienceProgressive leadership experience in quality, mission assurance, compliance, or continual improvement within a large organizationExperience leading ISO, AS9100, and/or CMMI governance and certification activitiesProven ability to influence across functions and work with senior executives in multi-site environmentsISO 9001 Certified Lead Auditor and US citizenship with the ability to obtain security clearance as needed
