A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Programmatic & Retail Media.Key Responsibilities:Support the execution and optimization of programmatic and retail media campaigns across DSPs and retail media platformsAnalyze campaign performance and prepare reporting and insights to support internal teams in client communicationsCollaborate with internal teams to surface insights and optimization opportunities based on campaign performanceRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field2-4 years of experience in programmatic media, including hands-on DSP managementStrong understanding of programmatic metrics, audience segmentation, and optimization strategiesAbility to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performanceCollaborative mindset, engaging cross-functional teams to share findings and drive performance improvements
