A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer/Trainer to support the development and delivery of training materials for a Department of Defense modernization effort.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, update, and maintain training guides, SOPs, and user manuals for diverse audiencesCoordinate with subject matter experts and developers to ensure materials reflect current system functionalityCreate and manage learning content and courseware, supporting both initial and refresher trainingRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Information Systems, Education, or a related fieldMinimum 7 years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, or training delivery for federal or defense programsProficiency in authoring tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, and Articulate 360Familiarity with DoD documentation standards and accessibility complianceActive Secret clearance is required
