A company is looking for a Principal, Employee Relations and Workforce Planning.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the senior subject matter expert for employee relations, ensuring compliance and fair outcomes across the organizationPartner with senior leaders to design organizational structuresand lead workforce planning efforts aligned with business transformation strategiesDevelop and maintain HR compliance infrastructure and provide strategic advice on employee relations risks and organizational designRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field required; MBA preferredMinimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and organizational designExperience managing employee relations in a multi-state environmentProven track record in strategic workforce planning and business transformation initiatives5 years of people management experience preferred
