A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst responsible for providing technical support for HR information systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, recommend, design, configure, test, and implement complex solutions for HR productsParticipate in cross-functional HR projects as the HRIS application ownerMaintain knowledge of new features in HR information systems and consult with other HRIS AnalystsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience5 years of experience supporting HR information systems, including 2 years with Workday configurationEligibility to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorshipIntermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience with building/supporting Workday integrations is preferred
