A company is looking for a Clerk, Capacity Development for UN Volunteers (home-based).Key ResponsibilitiesSupport email communication with certified coaches and assist with their onboarding and engagement activitiesProvide first-line support for UN Volunteers on learning platforms and troubleshoot related issuesAssist in logistics for online workshops and webinars, including participant communication and feedback processesRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationCompletion of secondary educationA minimum of three years of relevant work experience in learning programme coordination or service desk delivery, or no experience with a bachelor's degreeHands-on experience in global coaching programme administration and virtual workshop coordinationPractical experience working with Moodle or other learning management systemsFluency in English as well as Spanish or French
