** Local ONLY | Hybrid | 12 month contract ** Join our client's team as a Fleet Advertising Specialist, where you will work alongside the Supplier Advertising Business Manager to maintain and assist with invoicing and billing processes for the Supplier Fleet and Out of Home advertising programs.
This role requires excellent communication and collaboration to effectively monitor contracts, renewals, and administrative tasks across cross-functional teams, including Executive Leadership, Corporate Fleet Management, the Legal Department, and our various Suppliers and Trade Development Management functions.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Technical Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and presentation development skills.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Program Management: Assist with supporting commercial and daily management aspects of the SGWS Supplier Advertising program.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage key reporting tasks such as requesting art templates, evaluating completion photos, reviewing third-party vendor invoices, and maintaining the fleet expirations summary file.
- Execution & Support: Ensure advertising installations are effectively executed from beginning to end.
- Renewal Tracking: Monitor upcoming fleet renewals and communicate expiration dates to suppliers to ensure continuity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with supplier marketing teams, fleet operations, and third-party advertising agencies.
- Vendor Relations: Validate and track progress of campaigns against agreed-upon service levels and coordinate with vendors involved in development and installation.
- Operational Tracking: Develop and create fleet trackers to monitor and evaluate on-hold, pending, and active units.Preferred Skills
