Role Description

This full-time, on-site Travel Advisor role is based in Montecito, CA, where you will work closely with clients to manage their travel needs with exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include arranging travel itineraries, booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, and ensuring client satisfaction by addressing any travel concerns promptly. You will also provide expert travel advice and maintain relationships with clients while collaborating with colleagues to uphold the company's high standards of personalized service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Travel Arrangements and working with Travel Agencies
• Strong focus on Customer Service and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with corporate or VIP travel is an advantage
• Proficiency with travel management software and tools
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced, dynamic environment
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Travel Advisor or a related role
