Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response actions; Respond to incidents, alarms, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper communication channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy violations; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor documentation, and help support compliance with site rules, post orders, and other security-related procedures; Prepare clear reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to supervisors, client representatives, and/or public responders as needed
