A company is looking for a Controller to lead its accounting function and ensure financial integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and improve the financial close process, preparing GAAP-compliant financial statements and management reporting packagesManage revenue recognition policies and ensure compliance with ASC 606 across all revenue streamsOversee audit preparation and maintain the internal control environment while managing accounts payable and receivable functionsRequired Qualifications8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership roleDirect experience in a PE-backed SaaS/software company is strongly preferredProven track record managing external audits and experience with ASC 606 revenue recognitionAdvanced proficiency in Sage Intacct and expert-level Excel skillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred
