Enterprise Release Manager / SDLC Analyst
We are seeking an Enterprise Release Manager / SDLC Analyst to help modernize our organization's software delivery and release processes.
This role will be responsible for governing enterprise-wide releases while helping evolve our SDLC practices toward a more modern Agile / DevOps model.
You will work closely with delivery teams to coordinate releases, improve deployment processes, and introduce automation into a currently manual release management environment.

What You'll Do
Enterprise Release Management

• Coordinate enterprise software releases across multiple teams and applications
• Maintain and manage the enterprise release calendar
• Facilitate release readiness meetings and Go/No-Go decisions
• Identify release risks, conflicts, and dependencies
• Coordinate production deployments and issue resolution
• Support scheduled and emergency releases (including occasional after-hours support)

• Evaluate current SDLC processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Help modernize legacy delivery practices toward hybrid Agile delivery
• Implement and maintain SDLC quality gates
• Standardize release management processes across teams

• Work with development, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
• Track release deliverables and deployment readiness
• Improve release workflows and reduce manual processes

• 7+ years working in software delivery, release management, or SDLC governance
• Experience managing enterprise software releases
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
• Experience coordinating releases across multiple teams
• Ability to manage release risks and dependencies

• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or ClearQuest
• CI/CD pipeline exposure
• Experience modernizing release processes
• ITIL / PMP / SAFe certifications

• Hybrid: 2 days per month onsite
• Release schedules typically occur bi-weekly
• Some after-hours deployment coordination may be required
