A specialized opportunity is available for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with expertise in imaging and nuclear medicine procedures. This contract role offers a 13-week assignment focused on delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a dynamic clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Prepare and administer radioactive drugs to patients as prescribed.
- Operate and maintain sophisticated imaging equipment with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate test results and patient care.
- Adhere to all regulatory standards and safety procedures related to radiation and nuclear medicine technology.
- Current CA Nuclear Medicine Technologist license.
- Certification by ARRT in Nuclear Medicine (ARRT(N)) and CNMT credential.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Proven experience performing nuclear medicine imaging studies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Mid-shift hours: 11:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
