Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and platform services supporting a national, mission-driven organization in the healthcare space. This role will contribute to next-generation, distributed systems used across member-facing portals, internal applications, and core business services.

You will lead feature development end-to-end from requirements and architecture through deployment and production support - while operating within established SDLC and Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications
• Implement scalable features within multi-tenant, distributed systems
• Apply enterprise patterns such as CQRS and event-driven architecture
• Build and consume RESTful APIs
• Contribute to architectural decisions, data modeling, and system optimization
• Write clean, testable, well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and uphold development standards
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement
• Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing platform stability
• Recommend improvements based on emerging technologies and best practices

Required Technical Experience

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack TypeScript expertise (front-end and back-end)
• React (Vite preferred)
• Node.js (NestJS strongly preferred)
• PostgreSQL (including JSONB and relational modeling)
• REST API design and integration
• Event-driven systems and message brokers (RabbitMQ preferred)
• Experience building multi-tenant applications with strong data isolation
• Web and data security fundamentals (PII/PHI exposure preferred)
• Git-based version control and CI/CD workflows
• Experience in at least one cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)

Preferred Experience

• Identity management platforms (Okta, Auth0)
• Containerized/cloud-native development (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Microservices architectures
• Enterprise-scale application environments

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
