The Senior New Accounts/Banker is responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
- Interviewing and profiling customers to recommend appropriate banking products and services.
- Processing all new account transactions, including opening consumer and basic business accounts.
- Assisting customers with account-related inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Promoting and cross-selling bank products and services to help meet branch goals.
- A minimum of 2 years of banking Teller experience is required.
- Experience with opening consumer accounts and basic business accounts is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Computer proficiency, including experience with banking systems.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
