Position Overview
We are hiring for a full-time position that includes 2–3 bartender shifts and 2–3 floor manager shifts per week.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone with two plus years of hospitality experience who's eager to grow, take on more responsibility, and learn the business side of restaurant management.
The Floor Manager plays a key role in daily operations, working closely with the Owner and Managers to ensure an exceptional guest experience and smooth service flow.

Shoreline Café is a locally owned, beachside restaurant located directly on the sand in Santa Barbara. We're focused entirely on this single, one-of-a-kind location — not on opening new locations or chasing corporate growth targets. Our owner is hands-on and involved in day-to-day operations, ensuring that decisions are made by people who know and care about the team, the guests, and the community we serve.

Pay range and compensation
· Pay is dependent on qualifications and experience
· Management shifts start at $30.00/hour and depends on experience
· Server or bartender shifts $16.50/hour + Tips. Average hourly pay is $45+/hour
