In this role, you aren't just answering phones; you are the voice of our company. You will partner with clients to navigate their financial journeys, providing world-class service and support. Whether you're helping a client with a complex transaction or simply explaining account features, your goal is to provide a seamless and supportive experience.
salary: $22.5 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9:30 AM - 6 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Be the Primary Point of Contact: Handle inbound inquiries with a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Problem Solve in Real-Time: Use a "client-first" mindset to identify needs and resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
- Educate and Empower: Provide clear information regarding account maintenance, digital tools, and service options.

- Communication Pro: You are articulate, a great listener, and can explain complex ideas in simple terms.
- Adaptable: You handle fast-paced environments with ease and can pivot between different tasks.
- High school diploma or GED required (Undergraduate degree preferred).
- Experience in customer-facing roles (Retail, Restaurant/Hospitality, Bank Tellers, etc.) is highly valued.
