Lead the implementation, modernization, and optimization of enterprise infrastructure solutions based on approved architectural designs, ensuring solutions are deployable, secure, scalable, and operationally ready. Supervise and mentor systems engineering staff, including assigning project and deployment work, setting priorities, providing coaching, and conducting performance evaluations. Oversee complex infrastructure projects and deployments, serving as a senior escalation point during implementation, cutover, and transition to operations as well as for critical system issues and major initiatives. Develop and promote automation, deployment standards, and engineering best practices to improve efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
