Arnoldis Cafe is seeking an experienced bartender/server who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This is not an entry-level role we are seeking someone who can step in and perform at a high level.
We are a busy, iconic Italian restaurant with a large patio, private events, and weekend weddings. We re looking for someone polished, efficient, and confident who understands hospitality and sales.
What We re Looking For:
3+ years full-service restaurant experience
Strong wine & cocktail knowledge
Comfortable handling high-volume shifts
Confident upselling wine, cocktails, and specials
Professional, team-oriented mindset
Weekend availability required
This position will begin at 2 3 shifts per week, with opportunity to grow into additional shifts for the right fit.
