The ideal employee can handle any stressful situation in a calm manner and react accordingly with regards to local, state and federal law./ph3Your Job Will Include:/h3ulliMonitor the property with a keen eye for any property issues or potential problems./liliEnsure that the property is properly secured./liliEnsure that guests comply with resort rules, respond to areas of concern and contact law enforcement if necessary./liliMonitor all incoming guests through the campground gate and validate if access is acceptable./liliPerform routine patrols, golf cart and rental inspections./liliTake camping reservations, check people in and out and sell day passes and items at the store./liliPrioritize guest safety and happiness./liliPerforms on-call emergency service as required./liliPerforms other duties as assigned./li/ulh3Skills Experience You Need:/h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent./liliBasic reading, writing and math skills and the ability to use computer applications./liliAbility to thrive in a collaborative team environment./liliAbility to assess a situation, use quick and reasonable judgment and resolve problems diplomatically./liliExceptional customer service and communications skills and a friendly demeanor./liliExperience working in security and/or law enforcement, and/or working in an RV environment, is a benefit./liliValid drivers license, good driving record and current auto insurance./liliAbility to working weekends and holidays on a regular basis./li/ulpWe invite you to visit our web site for additional information regarding our exceptional resort communities./ppAs an Equal Opportunity Employer, we welcome and thank all applicants./ppEstimated compensation for this position in the states of CA, WA, NY, and CO, is: $18.00 - $18.00/ppThe salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed.
