As aSalon Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of salon operations while empowering your team to build their clientele and enhance the overall business. You'll also provide a full range of hair care services, maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction and salon profitability. Key Qualifications:

• Valid cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state/provincial regulations.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• Commitment to providing outstanding guest service through quality consultations and professional service execution.
• Administrative competency, including scheduling and managing light housekeeping tasks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively handle guest concerns.
• Leadership skills to foster team development, maintain a positive work environment, and manage staff training on both operational and technical aspects.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Frequent lifting of items up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
• Continuous use of hands and arms in repetitive motions.
• Capability to reach, sometimes above shoulder level, during service delivery.
• Comfort with chemicals and fragrances commonly used in hair care services.
• Strong vision abilities, including close and color vision for accurate assessments of services.
• Excellent communication skills to address guest inquiries and explain services effectively.
• Occasional travel for meetings, which may include overnight stays.
