Apex Order Pickup Solutions is looking for a Global Sourcing Co-op to join the team at our global headquarters in Mason, Ohio. What you'll be doing:

• As a Global Sourcing Co-op, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global procurement & supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will include:
• Supplier Research & Evaluation: Identifying & assessing potential suppliers from various regions to ensure they meet our quality & cost requirements.
• Data Analysis: Analyzing market trends, pricing, & supplier performance data to support strategic sourcing decisions.
• Negotiation Support: Assisting in negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms & conditions.
• Contract Management: Helping to draft, review, & manage supplier contract agreements.
• Logistics Coordination: Collaborating with logistics teams to ensure timely & efficient delivery of procured goods.
• Quality Assurance: Monitoring the quality of sourced products through regular inspections & audits. This includes supporting state-of-the-art APQP processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with various departments including production, finance, engineering, & legal to support the overall sourcing strategy.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements & cost reduction within the global sourcing framework.
• This role offers a unique opportunity to gain direct experience in global sourcing while mastering your analytical & negotiation skills contributing to the success of our supply chain operations.

What you'll bring:

• Active enrollment in a B.S. degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Global Sourcing, or equivalent degree field.
• Strong digital literacy with tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, Adobe PDF, etc.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to learn quickly and the ability to work with highly collaborative teams.
• Ability to take ownership & drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.

Preferred qualifications:

• Exposure to ERP platforms.
• Exposure to working with task management platforms.
• Exposure to data analytics & reporting platforms.

Travel: Less than 25% of the time.

Apex Order Pickup Solutions offers:
Hybrid work schedule, we work together in the office Tuesday- Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely Monday and Friday (as schedules permit).
