Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition Health Services, the Executive Recruiter is responsible for managing and leading the full-cycle recruitment process for director-level and above positions across the organization. The Executive Recruiter will serve as a trusted advisor to executives, senior leaders, and chiefs, assisting in developing and implementing hiring strategies that directly support IEHP's business and strategic goals. The incumbent will be expected to identify and engage high-caliber candidates who not only bring the strategic capability needed to support IEHP's goals, but also reflect and enhance the organization's mission-driven culture. This position also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as HR Business Partners, Compensation, and senior leaders, to deliver tailored recruitment strategies, provide market insights, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to final offer.
