• Considerable knowledge of reporting using SSRS.
• Extensive knowledge and programming experience using C#.
• Strong SQL Server skills with experience in writing complex SQL queries, triggers, stored procedures, and user defined functions.
• Experience with Team Foundation Server.
• Ability to learn new software systems and programming languages by studying available references.
• Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form.
• Ability to work well with a variety of people.
• Good management, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Ability to understand, analyze and interpret organizations and work processes to develop or modify applications that meet business requirements.
• Extensive knowledge and programming experience using ASP.net.
• Extensive knowledge and programming experience using CSS.
• Extensive knowledge and programming experience using JQuery.
• Extensive knowledge and programming experience using Entity Framework.
• Esri web development experience.
• Experience with Esri ArcGIS API for JavaScript.
• Knowledge of ArcSDE and ArcGIS Server deployment on MS SQL Server RDMS.
• Knowledge of ArcGIS Server REST API.
• Knowledge of Python and geoprocessing scripts published to ArcGIS Server.
• Experience with ArcGIS Runtime SDKs.
• Experience with ArcObjects.
• Experience with Python and the arcpy package.
