Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Santa Barbara, CA
Pay Rate: $25–$30 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Type: Onsite

Minimum 2 years of office management experience required
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support administrative, operational, and internal processes. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, onsite office environment and is looking for a long-term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
Oversee office supplies, vendors, and facility coordination
Support scheduling, calendars, and internal communications
Assist with onboarding and general HR-related administrative tasks
Maintain organized filing systems and office documentation
Coordinate meetings and support leadership as needed
Assist with light accounting and financial administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of office management experience required
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Accounting experience or financial administrative skills are a plus (AP/AR, invoicing, expense tracking, or bookkeeping support)
