Develops and maintains course schedule, curricula and supporting training materials for assigned application(s) and delivers training to end users. Configures, tests, and maintains the training environment. Analyzes, configures, develops, tests, implements, supports, and maintains assigned application(s) to meet operational and technical requirements. QUALIFICATIONS All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently. LEVEL OF EDUCATION Minimum: Bachelor's degree. The equivalent of 8 years of progressively responsible work experience with an emphasis in education, instructional design and/or clinical computer applications, or a combination of education and experience may be substituted for a degree. Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or a combination of Associate's degree in Nursing and experience, is required for the Clin Doc and Optime Instructional Designer.
