What You'll Do:

+ Operate as the primary point of contact for dispatch activities, coordinating communication between security-related personnel and site management.

+ Monitor and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing established procedures for an aerospace and defense location.

+ Maintain detailed logs and records of all incoming and outgoing communications, incidents, and activities related to dispatch operations.

+ Assist with the implementation of site-specific policies and emergency response protocols as directed by Allied Universal and client requirements.

+ Provide customer service to clients and site visitors by addressing inquiries and relaying information as needed.

+ Support security-related operations by receiving and dispatching calls for assistance, and relaying information to appropriate personnel.

+ Collaborate with on-site teams to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activities through ongoing monitoring and timely communication.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
