Job Summary:
As a Server/Cashier, you will report to our Assistant General Manager. You will work together to…
* Ensure that all food orders from customers are accurate and served in a timely manner.
* Recommend meals to customers based on the menu and specials
* Work closely with the Head Chef and Store Supervisor to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant experience
* Confirm orders with the cooks whenever a clarification is requested
* Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging services
* Follow cash handling and POS procedures
* Follow responsible alcohol service
* Assist in organizing, restocking and receiving merchandise for the retail department.
* Follow departmental policies and procedures
* Follow all safety and sanitation policies
* Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* High school degree or equivalent; or relevant work experience
* Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
* A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
* Previous point of sale system experience is a plus.
* Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills in working with high-profile clients.
* Highly responsible & reliable.
* Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
* Flexible to work AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays.
