Full time position in‑house only. Applicants must be local to the Santa Barbara/Ventura area. We are looking for a passionate and efficient Photo Editor/Retoucher to join our team. This position will report directly to our Ecommerce Director. The teammate will be responsible for high‑quality photo retouching and color matching, taking direction and managing time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Timely retouching of lifestyle photographs, studio imagery, and product flatlays
• Participate in multiple rounds of photo reviews and execute necessary revisions
• Implement and upkeep file systems including file renaming and photo archiving in Dropbox
• Implement processes to streamline retouching and overall workflow process
• Adjust color and details in product photos to physical and digital swatches
• Maintain uniform standards of photo editing and lighting
• Ensure consistency in editing across all platforms
• Work in a fast‑paced environment with deadlines
• Work independently

Experience & Qualifications

• Fast and efficient photo editing skills using Photoshop & Lightroom, specifically retouching + coloring
• A strong understanding of visual merchandising
• 2+ years experience with apparel retouching
• 4+ years of experience with Adobe Photoshop
