A Production Worker S5 (Production Specialist Senior) in the FPA area, operates equipment and performs processes to build hardware. They are recognized as an expert within their work cell. They possess excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills, and routinely demonstrate an ability to prioritize their work, multitask and schedule their time. They rigorously document the processes performed in electronic tracking systems and execute tasks to ensure that equipment and processes being used are in control. Highly technical work is performed without supervision and these individuals are utilized by area leads and support teams for challenging technical assignments within their areas of expertise.
1st Shift: 6AM 2:30PM and negotiable in Goleta, California. This is an onsite position.

The hourly range for this role is $35.16 to $47.57. The hourly range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our product.
