L&D Program Manager III Remote Summary: The People Development team is looking for a detail-oriented Program Manager to support the delivery and improvement of our key skills development programs for both technical and non-technical audiences. Core skills will include program coordination, milestone management and program effectiveness reporting. Responsibilities: Support the design, launch, and management of learning and development initiatives to support business objectives. Use data-driven approaches to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of learning programs with organizational goals. Track program metrics, prepare reports, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with our policies and procedures.
