Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex business litigation matters, including contract disputes, partnership disagreements, corporate governance issues, real estate, employment, and trade secrets

• Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Manage all phases of litigation, from inception through trial and appeal.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored legal advice.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active membership in the California State Bar.

• 3+ years of experience in business litigation or related practice area.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
