Customer Service Specialist
Location: Carpinteria, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Onsite)
Compensation: $20 - $22 per hour DOE
About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing exceptional customer support, handling calls and emails, processing orders and returns, and assisting with product inquiries. This role requires a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and emails with professionalism and care.
Process orders and returns accurately in company systems (NetSuite, Shopify, PayPal, Authorize.net).
Monitor 3PL systems for order updates and assist with inventory reconciliation.
Respond to customer posts on Amazon and social media platforms.
Provide detailed product information and suggest additional products where appropriate.
Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of customer service experience (sales experience a plus).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and computer systems.
Quick learner with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong work ethic, friendly disposition, and team-oriented mindset.
