Job Title: Front Office Team Lead

Location: Isla Vista, CA

Compensation: $24.75 / Hourly

About the Opportunity:

Addison Group is seeking a Front Office Team Lead for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a well-established mental health organization. This role supports a college health team serving the UC Santa Barbara community and surrounding areas. If you're passionate about patient care and enjoy leading from the front, this is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and mission-driven team.

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert and lead for front office operations
• Assist with patient check-ins, phone support, and virtual appointment setup
• Train and support front office coordinators
• Act as the face of the clinic and ensure a welcoming environment
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• Strong front desk or medical office experience required
• Mental health or behavioral health experience is a plus
• Leadership experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable taking initiative and leading by example
