• Predictable early shift to beat the traffic
• Work with advanced automation and precision equipment

• Continuous skill growth in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems

• Install, repair, rebuild, and maintain:
  • Automated production equipment (CNC mills, lathes, SMT systems, plasma machines, pick-and-place units)
  • Facility systems (HVAC, CCTV, access control, lighting automation)
• Troubleshoot and repair complex automated/computer-controlled systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Maintain, program, and repair PLC and automation controls
• Perform major building electrical and construction work
• Train team members on equipment maintenance and operation
• Manage facility functions in the Maintenance Supervisor's absence
• Work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
