The family is looking for someone experienced, detail-oriented, and dependable-someone who takes pride in their work and understands what it means to maintain a well-kept, high-standard home.While this is not a fully staffed household, the environment is well-organized, and the right person will feel comfortable working independently while also communicating clearly with the principals and any additional support staff.This role is ideal for a housekeeper who brings strong cleaning and laundry expertise, along with a proactive mindset and respect for privacy and professionalism.Key QualificationsLegal authorization to work in the U.S.Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus but not required)Proven experience in private households, ideally with high standards of cleanliness and garment careReliable, respectful, and trustworthyExcellent communication and time managementPet- and child-friendlyComfortable working independently without daily supervisionResponsibilitiesGeneral HousekeepingDeep cleaning and daily upkeep of living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchenDusting, vacuuming, mopping, and maintaining fine finishes and surfacesRestocking supplies and keeping household areas organizedLight tidying of outdoor living areas such as patios (as needed)Laundry & Garment CareWashing, folding, and ironingProper care of delicate or high-end garments and linensCloset and wardrobe maintenanceHousehold Organization & SupportOccasional light meal prep or setup support, if requestedMonitoring and reporting when supplies run lowAttentive to details-ensuring the home looks polished and guest-ready
