Purpose (Why the role exists):

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our reservations team, specializing in hotel accommodations and curated wine experiences.

Core Tasks (What you are responsible for):

This role will involve a variety of tasks, with your primary responsibilities outlined below

    • Answer inbound calls and emails to assist guests with booking hotel stays for all 5 U.S. hotels.
    • Provide knowledgeable recommendations tailored to guest preferences, including room types, wine pairings, package deals, and seasonal offers.
    • Upsell and cross-sell premium services, upgrades, and special promotions to enhance guest experiences.
    • Accurately manage and update reservations in the booking system.
    • Assist with itinerary modifications, cancellations, and special requests in accordance with our policy.
    • Maintain a positive, professional tone in all guest interactions, ensuring a seamless and luxury-focused booking experience.
    • Collaborate with hotel staff and concierge services to coordinate guest needs.
    • Track all interactions and notes accurately in the reservation systems.
    • Meet call center performance metrics related to accuracy, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications (What you need to bring):
    • (Minimum 1 year of experience in a reservation call center, or customer service role (hospitality experience strongly preferred).
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly, confidently, and persuasively.
    • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software platforms efficiently.
    • Genuine interest in hospitality experiences.
    • Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
