JOB TITLE Responsibilities include:

Responsible for proper cleaning and handling of all utensils, pots, pans, dinnerware, glassware and silverware in dishwasher area. Help Cooks to organize and clean the kitchen.

Qualifications:

Enjoys working in a team environment.
Enjoys working in an environment that caters exclusively to the elderly.
Ability to follow oral and written instruction
Ability to push/pull objects and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted on a frequent basis (occasionally up to 50 pounds,
unassisted).
Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, move and squat during working hours.
Willing to work beyond normal working hours, on weekend, and in other positions temporarily, when necessary.
Willing to attend and participate in education programs.
Willing to work around odors and occasional extreme temperature in
kitchen/storage areas.
Ability to interact effectively with residents, their families, visitors and other staff members.
