Location: Mar Monte Hotel - Santa Barbara, CA

Salary Range: $18.00 - $19.00 Hourly

Description:

Springboard Hospitality, a leading hotel management company with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. We manage a diverse portfolio of lifestyle hotels from Hawaii to Florida. Our team is dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences and fostering a positive culture that values growth, innovation, and community.

Primary Mission: Greeting and registering guests, providing excellent service, settling accounts, and supporting the front desk team. The role typically involves a third-shift schedule but may vary based on operational needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Registering guests, managing reservations, and assisting with concierge duties.
• Knowing hotel features, services, and current availability.
• Providing attentive guest service and handling guest requests and complaints.
• Processing check-ins, check-outs, and maintaining accurate guest records.
• Assisting with overbookings and room changes.
• Handling end-of-day reports and financial transactions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ year experience in front desk or night audit roles.
• Proficiency with computer software, especially Microsoft Office and hotel management systems (OPERA preferred).
• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, remain calm under pressure, and work independently.

• Adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
• Willingness to travel for training or meetings as needed.
• Availability to work during designated hours, including some weekends and holidays.
