The Concierge Officer plays an essential role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients by remaining visible, actively monitoring the premises, and maintaining access control. They help preserve order and enforce regulations related to personnel, visitors, and the area. Often, our Concierge Officers also provide customer service and information to employees and customers.

This is a customer-facing, service-oriented position. If you have experience in reception, hospitality, or retail, you are a great fit. No customer service experience? No problem! We provide training to help you succeed in the security industry with a positive attitude and outgoing personality.
