Description

Pacifica Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to join the team at Riviera Beach House in Santa Barbara, CA. The Night Auditor's responsibilities include assisting guests with all guest services, closing hotel books at night by running the night audit, and ensuring all revenues are balanced nightly.

Core functions include, but are not limited to:

• Adhering to Pacificas Pure Stay guidelines to ensure health, safety, and guest comfort.
• Using Proper Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
• Maintaining a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor while providing personalized service.
• Communicating effectively with guests and team members.
• Greeting guests and completing check-in procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Facilitating guest departures, closing accounts, and managing room availability.
• Calculating and posting guest charges accurately upon check-out.
• Answering inquiries, accepting reservations, and communicating hotel rates professionally.
• Maintaining good guest relations and staying informed about hotel and area functions.
• Operating PBX equipment for calls, wake-up calls, and guest communication.
• Controlling and balancing cash and credit transactions at the front desk.

Pay Range: $20 to $21/hr., depending on experience.

Qualifications

Experience

Preferred

1-2 years:

• Minimum of 2 years hotel front desk experience preferred.

Professional Skills
