Your duties will include:
· Process new and used car DMV applications, follow up on status of vehicle titles.
· Maintain clean schedules
· Provide support to finance and sales departments.
· Process new and used car inventory purchases.
· Prepare account reconciliations.

Requirements
· Automotive Business Office and/or Accounting experience /DMV experience preferred.
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
· Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities.
· Ability to interact with multiple department managers.
· Experience handling cash transactions.
· Extremely PC / IT literate.
· Desire to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
· Integrity.
· Excellent work ethic.
