Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment
• Assist with installation and demonstrate safe equipment use
• Provide emergency service as needed
• Manage inventory and parts
• Communicate value to customers and grow sales

Position Details:

This field-based role requires travel within Santa Barbara and surrounding areas, servicing diverse customers like hotels, restaurants, and care facilities. Some roles may start with supporting duties until a territory is assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years in mechanical service, customer service, or hospitality
• Valid driver's license
• Availability for emergency and weekend work

Physical Demands:

• Lift 50 lbs frequently
• Stand, bend, and work in confined spaces
• Work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced training or certifications
• Mechanical problem-solving experience, especially in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or military environments

Compensation: $62,800 - $94,200 annually, including base pay and incentives, depending on experience and location.
