  • Fitness industry experience (preferred)

Responsibilities:

Management and leadership duties include:

  • Managing the Operations team to ensure policies and procedures are followed
  • Hiring, training, and supervising front desk, Kids Club, and Housekeeping staff
  • Serving as liaison with the Corporate Customer Care Department
  • Overseeing cash deposits and daily deposits with GM approval
  • Coordinating with cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness standards
  • Managing member cancellations and retention efforts
  • Addressing member concerns via Medallia
  • Managing payroll issues and ensuring timely submissions
  • Enforcing club rules and promoting proper procedures
  • Staffing through application review and interviews
  • Handling membership inquiries and training staff in hospitality
  • Leading by example and conducting weekly team meetings

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong business judgment and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and listening skills
  • Delegation, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create a positive environment
  • Openness to self-development
  • Resourcefulness in improving operations
  • Leadership qualities with motivational skills
  • College degree (preferred)
  • Current CPR certification

This role requires physical ability to move/lift up to 25 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in a clean uniform.
