Job responsibilities include:

• Initiate maintenance and safety programs for facility equipment
• Oversee preventative maintenance of machinery, including HVAC
• Ensure cleanliness of gyms with janitorial staff
• Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies like OSHA
• Manage emergency procedures awareness
• Oversee facility, grounds, equipment, and inventory management
• Process and oversee deliveries
• Manage maintenance and janitorial staff
• Plan and schedule facility modifications with cost estimates

Minimum qualifications:

• High school diploma (Trade School or college preferred)
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to interpret complex plans and layouts
• Problem-solving skills
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for management and public groups
• Bilingual preferred

This role requires physical ability to move and lift up to 35 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in a uniform.
