POSITION SUMMARY
The Venue Sales & Services Coordinator is vital to the Acme Hospitality Events Department. This full-time position assists the Event Sales Managers with administrative duties, supports the planning and detailing of private events, and offers the opportunity to independently sell and manage event venue sales for Bakery Block venues. The role requires strong organization skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative and Sales Support
? Input leads and client inquiries into the TripleSeat CRM system.
? Create proposals, contracts, invoices, and manage client payment tasks.
? Maintain accurate and timely updates to the event calendar and BEOs.
? Assist in preparing weekly BEO packets and support internal communication.
? Answer client phone calls and emails ,and route inquiries appropriately.
Event Planning and Coordination
? Support sales managers in planning and detailing confirmed events.
? Liaise between Sales, Culinary, Beverage, and Operations teams to communicate event needs.
? Update menus and maintain up-to-date picklists and documents in TripleSeat.
? Participate in internal planning meetings and ensure accuracy of event documentation.
? Occasionally assist with on-site coordination of events, particularly Bakery Block venues.
Sales Opportunity - Bakery Block Venues
? Respond to and manage inbound inquiries for Bakery Block event spaces.
? Conduct venue walkthroughs and client meetings.
? Sell and contract events for designated spaces, with potential commission incentives.
? Upsell menu enhancements, rental items, and service offerings to maximize event value.
Requirements
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
? Strong administrative and computer skills.
? Ability to type at least 75 wpm.
? Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

TripleSeat, Ctuit, Google Drive, Focus POS, Resy, Canva, Microsoft Suite
COMPENSATION
Full-Time, 40-50 Hours per Week, Commission
Salary Description
$24-$26 per hour plus commission
