Lead global cross-functional project teams and communicate directly with external pharma partners and internal stakeholders with oversight from your direct manager. Drive the delivery of results according to project scope, budget, quality, and timeline. Analyzing, planning and tracking project phases and activities, and communicating the timelines/milestones/goals on a regular basis to management and other stakeholders. Effectively identify and communicate risks to stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Preparation for Joint Project Team (JPT) and Joint Steering Committee (JSC) meetings. Excellent presentation skills, creative problem-solving skills, and decision-making ability while adapting to changes and encouraging teamwork across geographies and cultures.
