At Sprouts Farmers Market, the Head Cashier is responsible for the supervision of a team of cashiers and assistance with operational issues. Ensure excellent customer service through proactively visiting registers and providing direction/support to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks. Assist in potential customer assistance issues at the register. Assign store sweeps, monitor/maintain cash register supply levels and maintain cleanliness standards in the restrooms and parking lots. Maintain visibility of the exit doors for security and loss prevention issues. Schedule and oversee proper execution of appropriate meal and rest breaks in compliance with company policy and state requirements.
